The Robopac Rotoplat line is a complete series of stretch wrapping machines that includes trans pallet versions for all models. Technical characteristics and performances have been refined and improved by Robopac over years of experience in the manufacturing of turntables for pallet wrapping. The quality of all materials used and the high technical standards for all mechanical and electronic components merge with highly efficient and precise assembling and testing procedures; this leads to the production of high performance, durable and safe products. Rotoplat stretch wrappers are reliable, easy to use and service and most of all they strictly comply with safety rules and standards. The new turntable base has front and rear forklift portability to facilitate operations. The plate is spinning on heavy duty casters with sealed bearings. A chain and sprocket system ensures consistent and reliable turntable performances during rotation. The diamond pattern on the plate ensures better grip for any load avoiding slippage during the wrapping cycle. The mast is made of cold folded steel and has a tubular inner structure in order to ensure maximum rigidity and resistance to any torsion or strain. A heavy duty drive chain moves the film carriage upward and downward for constant and accurate control of the wrapping process. The anti-fall device in case of emergency assures maximum safety. The control panel has been upgraded and now it features a Stop Cycle push button and includes buttons for turntable rotation speed, pre-stretch ratio, upward/downward film carriage speed, force to load control, upward and downward bottom and top wraps and photo eye sensing delay. Wrapping cycles and custom programs provide a top sheet cycle (water proofing), top hold down cycle, reinforcement wraps and 4 programmable pre-sets. The load always stops in the same position that was placed in before the wrapping. This greatly improves times and costs of the process. Plate's smooth start and stop steps are controlled by VFD that provides consistently the same positioning of the load before and after the wrapping cycle. The gear and worm system makes it possible to keep the phase of the turntable even while positioning the load on the plate. The PFS film carriage is a powered friction pre-stretch system. The pre-stretch ratio is adjustable on the control panel from 0% up to 300% by a electromagnetic brake. The force-to-load is controlled by a patented electronic device and is adjustable from the panel board. Safety stop at roll carriage bottom. Quick Load System for easy and quick film loading.
