The innovative JK-2 is StraPack's most modern semi-automatic strapping machine, designed and manufactured based on customer needs and opinions expressed over StraPack's extensive history of manufacturing quality strapping machines. The JK-2's innovative new features include feed length memory, adjustable table height from 29-1/2" - 33-1/2", easy strap width conversion, capability of soft tension and replacement parts free reel brake. The JK-2 has fewer moving parts than any other strapping machine of its kind. Also unique to the JK-2 is the diagnostic jog mode which steps the machine through each operation of the strapping cycle allowing for easy troubleshooting and adjustment. The sealing unit slide table design is borrowed from other highly successful StraPack automatic strapping machines. This design means easier maintenance and less wear than the heads on other semi-automatic strapping machines. Changing the cutter can be done in minutes.
