Robopac Rotoplat 3000 HD Fully Automatic Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine with rotating turntable for wrapping palletized loads with polyethylene stretch film. Every pallet stretch wrapper from Robopac can be fitted with a power pre stretch film delivery system which reduces film usage by up to 50% compared with hand wrapping and substantially increases stretch ratio adjustable by changing gears. All Rotoplat series pallet stretch wrapping machines give outstanding service due to the turntable being mounted on a high quality ball bearing slewing ring with close coupled pinion drive for minimum backlash and maximum durability. Platform rotation speed, acceleration and deceleration are controlled by a frequency inverter; this guarantees that the turntable always stops in correct position regardless of the load weight and ensures it is always aligned with the infeed and outfeed conveyors, assuring correct pallet supply and unloading. This soft start and soft stop also helps with wrapping unstable loads. The rotation unit utilizes hgh resistance toothed wheel kinematics with pinion drive. Rotation speed, acceleration and deceleration controlled by frequency inverter to safeguard transmission integrity and extend the working life of the unit. For pallet loads with bottom slats crosswise to the movement direction, the turntable is available with chains in place of rollers. The newly designed scissor clamp device and cutting unit with built-in contact welder is highly adaptable for various sized pallets and minimum film tail that adheres perfectly to the pallet. Optional spring clamp (ROBOPAC patented) with pulsed hot wire film cut and film tail, non contact welding device. This option is especially suited to loads with irregular sides. Optional pneumatically/mechanical driven top platen device is used as an option with especially unstable loads or in combination with top cover systems (top inside). Optional top sheet cover device to cover the pallet with polyethylene film.The film is prepared during the normal wrapping cycle so that the machine stop time to place the top is reduced to a minimum. The unit is supplied with its own support structure so it can be easily installed on wrapping lines as part of the wrapping cycle or as a stand alone unit. The optional "roping" device reduces the film strip into a "rope" to ensure more efficient load stabilization by making the load and pallet a single homogenous unit.
