The Plas-Ties XL-2 Twist-Tie Machine is ideal for bundling wire, cables and bulk products in bags with diameters of 3/8“ to 2“. The semi-automatic twist-tie machine delivers up to 30 tied bundles or bags per minute with minimal effort. Simply insert the bundle at the front slot to trigger the tying mechanism and get a perfect twist tie. A production counter keeps track of the number of machine cycles. The twist-tie is dispensensed from a continuous roll of twist-tie ribbon, available in various colors and styles. The ergonomic design of the XL-2 improves employee safety, eliminates carpal tunnel syndrome and increases productivity. Available options include horizontal mounting frame, heavy duty floor stand.
